Matt Mueller is a dynamic engineer, operational strategist, and quality systems expert with an MBA from UC Berkeley. With a career spanning aerospace, manufacturing, and clean mobility, Matt has led innovations at SpaceX, where he developed advanced production systems, and at Hadrian, where he optimized precision manufacturing processes for aerospace and defense. Prior to that, Matt held Operations Leadership and Engineering positions at Honeywell. His contributions at Shift4 and other ventures have showcased his ability to deliver cutting-edge solutions across industries. A recognized leader in quality management, Matt has implemented ISO and ASI standards at multiple organizations, ensuring operational excellence and compliance in high-performance environments.
